How do I place an order?
You may place your order using our order form and simply
submit on the web site. If you prefer to phone in your

are Monday to Friday 9:00a.m to 6:00 P.m. EST.

What is your return policy?

any defective product, you can return within 14 business
days. In order to return the defective product, the purchaser
must first call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-481-7741.
The purchaser must also include a brief written explanation
describing the defect and a copy of the invoice. Returned
merchandise must be in its original condition. And it
must be returned within 14 days. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable. We will gladly provide you with
an exchange and return only for our defective product
not for any other reason.
