How do I place an order?

A: You may place your order using our order form and simply submit on the web site. If you prefer to phone in your order, call 888-481-7741. Our customer Services hours are Monday to Friday 9:00a.m to 6:00 P.m. EST.
 
If you prefer to fax us your order, you may print the order form and fax it to us at (201) 488-5506 or mail it to us.

How do I know your price range?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship express 2nd day, Next day service?

A:  Yes! Next day service and 2nd day service are offered only paid for by money order or credit card by phone. We will inform you about the total price plus shipping charge by confirmation email.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We guarantee your total satisfaction. However if there is any defective product, you can return within 14 business days. In order to return the defective product, the purchaser must first call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-481-7741. The purchaser must also include a brief written explanation describing the defect and a copy of the invoice. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. And it must be returned within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will gladly provide you with an exchange and return only for our defective product not for any other reason.
